ABSTRACT:
Motivated by the privacy issues, curbing the selection of electronic healthcare systems and the wild success of cloud benefit models, we propose to build privacy with mobile healthcare systems with help of the private cloud. Our system offers striking highlights including efficient key management, privacy-preserving information storage, and recovery, particularly for recovery at emergencies, and auditability for misusing healthcare information. In particular, we propose to integrate key management from the pseudorandom number generator for unlinkability, a safe indexing strategy for privacy preserving keyword search which hides both search and access designs based on redundancy, and integrate the concept of attribute-based encryption with threshold signing for providing role-based access control with auditability to prevent potential misbehavior, in both normal and emergency cases.
