ABSTRACT:
Attendance is very important for every organization, Attendance taking has developed with better solutions from the time it was invented, from paper-based to Computer-based System utilizing such a significant number of new technologies that can improve it faster and accurate. In our proposed system we make utilization of Self-attendance utilizing OTP. In this system there are 3 Main clients; Admin reliable to add the class, subjects, teachers, and students; the second teacher who will take the attendance and the third Student who can mark him/her as present and see their previous attendance records. The procedure goes this way, the teacher selects the class for attendance an OTP is produced which will keep going for 60 seconds, the OTP should be entered in the Student’s application and mark him/her as present, once the OTP is expired the teacher can make the necessary changes in the attendance sheet and submit the attendance.
